I led the redesign of the Club details page at Sam’s Club to improve both user experience and search engine optimization (SEO). The goal was to make it easier for members and potential customers to find accurate club information online, while also supporting business objectives such as increasing in-store visits and reducing customer support inquiries. This project required close collaboration across multiple disciplines to ensure a comprehensive and effective solution.

Problem statement
